First quarter, instead of Lion Singers, we will have a xylophone club for 3rd-5th graders! This is a new offering, and depending on how many students are interested, we may have half of the students come on Monday and the other half on Wednesday from 9:00 – 9:45 a.m. to keep the class sizes small. Students must turn in the below permission slip by Wednesday, September 16. Parents can email Kristin Stitt directly (firstname.lastname@example.org) or have their child turn in the permission slip in-person. Click for more info & for the permission slip.
LOWER SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS
By issuing students of the same grade the same type of device (Laptops, Chromebooks, and iPads), we hope to make technology access and learning opportunities equitable. All students have the same tools aligned with teaching and designed to best support their learning. Please remember that using the borrowed device is a privilege and not a right. You and your student are responsible for the borrowed device until you return it at the end of the year. Click here to read the Borrowed Device handbook.
